AGREEMENTAL
1- All salespersons who are in charge of site undertake to keep purchaser private and personal information until they can interpret that those information are confidentially and no one is allowed to present those information unless with formal and legal certificate.
2- the sales person have to present the good according to concord sample in sites.
3- the salesperson have to offer the good healthy without any defect to the customer.
4- the sales person in not in charge of the good’s quantity and long – lasting, just producing factory has this responsibility 100% .
5- purchaser have to supervise the good completely when be takes delivery from the post office and If he sees any defect on the good, he should return in to the post office.
6- soft wares purchaser can check purchased soft wares. If he sees any defect or lack of program performing after delivering during 24 hours , he should apply another one healthy by connecting them by internet or phone to the person who is in charge of sites.
7- the purchaser doesn’t have the right of goods resending otherwise he has to pay damage and the charge of goods trans mitting by cash.
8- the purchaser should pay goods transmitting , the purchaser can apply for transmitting correct goods and this time the charge should be paid by sales person.
9- registration of shopping ordering shows that the purchaser studies the conditions above and accept them and private objections right from himself.
